You receive an email confirmation right away, and our local team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm pickup times and any special requests.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Can I reserve with a deposit and pay the rest later?<\/summary><p>Yes. This is something we offer that most operators in Cartagena don&#x27;t. Reserve private boats and yachts with 40%, day tours with 50% and Rosario Islands day passes with 60% of the price. The balance is due 2 days before your tour (3 days before for Rosario Islands day passes), and we email you a secure payment link for it.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Why can&#x27;t I choose the deposit option for my date?<\/summary><p>The balance is due 2 days before the tour (3 days for the islands). If your date is closer than that, there is no time left to collect the balance, so the booking is paid in full. We use that time to confirm everything with our suppliers for your date.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Can I see prices and pay in US dollars?<\/summary><p>Use the currency selector to see prices in Colombian pesos or US dollars. Payment is made by card through Bold, a secure Colombian payment platform.<\/p><\/details>\n<h2>Private boats &amp; yachts<\/h2>\n<details><summary>What is included with a private boat?<\/summary><p>Private pickup and return to your hotel or Airbnb, the boat at your disposal from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, a bilingual guide and snorkel gear. You decide which islands, beaches and reefs to visit and when to come back.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>How long is the ride to the Rosario Islands?<\/summary><p>About 45 minutes by speedboat from Cartagena.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What time do boats return?<\/summary><p>Boats and yachts must be back no later than 4:00 pm. Leaving later or returning earlier does not change the price.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Can I add food, drinks or diving?<\/summary><p>Yes. Ask for food, drinks, diving or extra snorkel gear at least 48 hours before your tour so we can arrange it. Later requests depend on availability.<\/p><\/details>\n<h2>Cancellations &amp; weather<\/h2>\n<details><summary>What is the cancellation policy for boats and yachts?<\/summary><p>We refund 100% of the amount paid if you cancel 16 or more days before the tour, 50% if you cancel between 15 and 7 days before, and nothing if you cancel within 6 days of the tour. If you only paid a deposit, these percentages apply to the amount you actually paid.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Can I cancel a Rosario Islands day pass?<\/summary><p>Island day passes cannot be refunded once confirmed, except when the Port Authority closes navigation with a red flag.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What is the cancellation policy for day tours and other experiences?<\/summary><p>City tours, the mud volcano, the chiva party bus and every other experience that is not a boat, yacht or island tour follow our general policy: cancel at least 6 working days before and we refund the amount paid minus a 15% administrative fee; within 5 working days of the tour there is no refund.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What happens if the weather is bad?<\/summary><p>Clouds or rain do not cancel a tour.
