The 45 ft private boat Sugar Mommy<\/strong> is the largest speedboat in our fleet: a full-day charter from Cartagena to the Rosario Islands for up to 18 guests. Twin 300 HP Mercury engines, a sound system, sunbeds at the bow, a wood-style deck, a bathroom, a freshwater shower and a swim ladder make it the boat for big celebrations. One fixed price covers the whole boat, with snorkel gear on board.<\/p>\n

Pick Sugar Mommy for large groups, weddings, corporate days or a party at Chol\u00f3n. Everyone travels together, with room to dance, lie in the sun and jump into the water from the ladder.<\/p>\n

How a day on Sugar Mommy works<\/h2>\n

Private transport picks you up where you are staying and takes you to the dock. The boat is at your disposal from 8:30 AM and leaves the islands by 4:00 PM at the latest. You choose your pickup time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, every 30 minutes. Both times depend on the weather and on the orders of the Cartagena Port Authority (Capitan\u00eda de Puerto), which has the final word on every departure for safety and to prevent accidents.<\/p>\n

On board you travel with a captain, an assistant and a bilingual guide. The guide shares the best recommendations for the day, but the route follows what you want to see. There is one condition, and it is about safety: the boat travels in a single direction. It heads out toward the islands, turns around once and comes back to Cartagena, and on both legs you stop at whatever is on the way. It cannot go back and forth between distant points.<\/p>\n

What the price includes<\/h2>\n

The price covers private transport with pickup, the bilingual guide, the crew, a cooler with ice, snorkel gear (masks and snorkels, without fins) and a reservation at a private beach. Food and drinks are not included, so you choose how to handle them. You can bring your own to enjoy on the boat or on public beaches, or add drinks and snacks as extras when you book.<\/p>\n

Islands and beaches you can visit<\/h2>\n

We work with partner beaches such as Isla Capri<\/a> and Rosario de Mar<\/a>, where our guests are not charged for access as long as they eat and drink there. If you prefer another island, we arrange the reservation for you and you pay that club directly. Public beaches such as Chol\u00f3n and Playa Blanca are also on the route, and there you are free to bring your own food and drinks.<\/p>\n

Make the day your own<\/h2>\n

On request we can customize the trip: drinks and food on board, decorations for a celebration, a jet ski, a cabana in the water at Chol\u00f3n, or anything else you have in mind. The most common extras are listed in the booking form, and there is a box where you can write what you need. We confirm the price of special requests before your trip.<\/p>\n

Good to know before you book<\/h2>\n

The boat takes a maximum of 18 guests, children included. Only one group can book Sugar Mommy per day, so the date is blocked for you as soon as you pay. Sea conditions change through the year, and the captain may adjust the route or the timing for your safety.<\/p>\n
