Mud volcano Cartagena

This was a great and unique experience. Our transport driver Manuel and guide Gabriella were great! I highly recommend this company for excursions. We arrived very early, before the crowd. Great massages while in the mud and everyone there makes you feel comfortable. Getting the mud removed by the women in the lake was pretty cool. Thr empanadas and arepas were delicious. I recommend this excursion.

I used Cartagena for Travelers services to help me book an excursion to the mid volcano and also an evening on a Chiva Rumbera. They were very quick to respond to all my questions via WhatsApp, and remained in constant communication through out. The prices were fair and the services turned out great. The mud volcano was an amazing experience in which we had interaction with locals and were able to take our time enjoying the town in which the volcano was located. Our English speaking guide, Gabby, was phenomenal. She was thorough with her explanation of everything. Our group was 4 women and we were intimidated by being outnumbered by men at the volcano, but Gabby was with us every step of the way ensuring our comfort. I will definitely use this service to book all excursions in the future.

This was definitely one of my favourite tours while on holiday. We got there early and had the whole volcano to ourselves for about an hour before the groups arrived - it was reallly amazing , the service was great and Gilberto couldn’t have done more, a truly awesome trip - don’t hesitate to book . The tour company was so accommodating. We were a group of 9 who got picked up from one excursion to got to the mud tour. Everything was great, the communication with booking, the cost, the tour guide Gabriela, the transportation and the experience. I would definitely recommend and do the mud tour and/or another tour with Cartagena for travelers.

My husband and I took this tour on Valentine's Day and have no regrets. Gilberto was punctual, communicated with us reference pick up time and arrived as scheduled. Enroute to the mud volcano, Gilberto advised us of what to expect and also a history of the area. The experience itself was fantastic! The guides were helpful and friendly. The ladies who helped washed of the mud were very thorough! Lol! Be prepared to get very personal! Lol! So glad we were picked up at 7am, as we arrived early and were the first one's there! I definitely recommend this tour and ask for Gilberto!

Did this with my group The Travel Tribe. Isaac was our tour guide and we absolutely loved the entire experience! Isaac was great and when we return we definitely want to book him again. You won’t be disappointed!
