Pickup
Door to door: your driver picks you up at the exact address you enter and takes you straight to your destination. For airport arrivals we wait for you at the arrivals exit with a name sign.
Frequently asked questions
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The coaster bus is only for your group, up to 24 guests, and the price depends only on the route.
How does the airport pickup work?
Add your arrival flight number and time when you book. A member of our team waits for you at arrivals with a name sign until 6:00 pm; after 6:00 pm your driver meets you with the sign.
Can I reserve with a deposit?
Yes. Pay 50% today and the rest 2 days before your transfer with the secure link we email you. For dates closer than that, the transfer is paid in full.
What if my address is not in your zones?
Tap “Get a quote on WhatsApp” and we’ll send you a price for your route. We also go to many places outside the zones listed here.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 6 working days before and we refund the amount paid minus a 15% administrative fee. Within 5 working days of the transfer there is no refund.
