Why choose a Cartagena yacht charter
A Cartagena yacht charter is the most comfortable way to spend a day in the Rosario Islands. A speedboat gets you there fast; a yacht turns the whole day into a private villa on the water, with shade, cabins and a smooth, quiet ride.
- Cabins and bathrooms to rest, change or get out of the sun.
- A kitchen on board, so food and drinks are served without leaving the yacht.
- Air conditioning in the indoor lounge, a real luxury in the Caribbean heat.
- Lounges and a solarium for lying in the sun between swims.
- A smoother, quieter ride than a speedboat, ideal for grandparents and young children.
Our yacht for charter: Palladium, 46 ft
The 46 ft yacht Palladium is a Sea Ray flying the Colombian flag, with twin 670 HP Cummins engines, two cabins, two bathrooms, a kitchen, an air-conditioned indoor lounge with TV, an outdoor lounge with TV and a solarium at the bow. The price is COP 8.185.000 for up to 10 guests, and each additional guest adds COP 200.000, up to 13 guests.
What every yacht charter includes

How a yacht day in the Rosario Islands works
You choose your pickup time when you book, every 30 minutes from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The yacht is at your disposal from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, subject to the weather and the orders of the Cartagena Port Authority, for safety and to prevent accidents. For safety the yacht travels in one direction: it heads out to the islands, turns once and comes back, stopping wherever you want along the way.
Islands and beaches you can visit
We work with partner beaches such as Isla Capri and Rosario de Mar, where you do not pay to get in as long as you eat and drink there. You can also anchor at Cholón, the party spot where boats line up side by side (see our Cholón tour), or swim at public beaches such as Playa Blanca. Our complete guide to the Rosario Islands and the Rosario Islands day passes help you choose.
Yacht or speedboat?
Both include the same service. The difference is comfort and pace.
