This was a great and unique experience. Our transport driver Manuel and guide Gabriella were great! I highly recommend this company for excursions. We arrived very early, before the crowd. Great massages while in the mud and everyone there makes you feel comfortable. Getting the mud removed by the women in the lake was pretty cool. Thr empanadas and arepas were delicious. I recommend this excursion.

The best tour I did while on our 8 day vacation in Cartagena. To start the transport to and from Palenque with Gabriella and Manuel was great! The tour with Victor and Frey was AMAZING! The history of this city and how everyone knows each other. To see the children playing in the streets without a care in the world was heartwarming. The kindness of the people of the city, is something we can all learn from. The sweets class, dance presentation and class, the medicine man and the best lunch/ food prepared by Victor's sister. Best food our group of 13 had on our vacation. A must visit.

I actually was watching Tik Tok and everyone said to book with this company, so I reached out. From the start the communication been A1. Fast forward to my trip, they still communicated everything with clear directions. This excursion exceeded my expectations. It was a fun filled adventure and I got to visit the islands while admiring the beauty of Cartagena. I highly recommend.

I used Cartagena for Travelers services to help me book an excursion to the mid volcano and also an evening on a Chiva Rumbera. They were very quick to respond to all my questions via WhatsApp, and remained in constant communication through out. The prices were fair and the services turned out great. The mud volcano was an amazing experience in which we had interaction with locals and were able to take our time enjoying the town in which the volcano was located. Our English speaking guide, Gabby, was phenomenal. She was thorough with her explanation of everything. Our group was 4 women and we were intimidated by being outnumbered by men at the volcano, but Gabby was with us every step of the way ensuring our comfort. I will definitely use this service to book all excursions in the future.

This was definitely one of my favourite tours while on holiday. We got there early and had the whole volcano to ourselves for about an hour before the groups arrived - it was reallly amazing , the service was great and Gilberto couldn’t have done more, a truly awesome trip - don’t hesitate to book .
