Isla del Encanto Cartagena offers a hotel-style beach day with a private beach and a pool, reached by speedboat from the city. The hotel sits in Barú, close to the Rosario Islands, and its day pass suits families, couples and groups alike thanks to three plans that range from a relaxed buffet day to an all-inclusive open bar.

What your day looks like
Check in at the La Bodeguita tourist dock at around 7:00 AM. On the Premium and Black plans, the dock tax is paid in cash in Colombian pesos before boarding; on the Gold plan it is already included. The speedboat departs around 8:00 AM.
When you arrive, a welcome mocktail starts the day on the private beach. Alternate between the sea and the hotel pool, and take a kayak or paddle board out when it suits you. Lunch is served midday, either as a buffet or à la carte depending on your plan. The boat heads back in the early afternoon, around 2:30 PM, with exact timing set by the weather and the Port Authority.
Who Isla del Encanto Cartagena is for
Families are well looked after: children aged 5 to 10 have a child rate on the Premium plan, and the pool makes it easy to keep younger swimmers close. Dog owners can bring a small pet instead of leaving it behind. Couples who want a quieter private beach with a pool will feel at home at Isla del Encanto Cartagena, and groups like that they can add an open bar without switching to another island.
Premium, Black or Gold
Premium is the family plan. It includes the round-trip speedboat, a welcome mocktail, a buffet lunch with a soft drink, the private beach with a standard sun lounger, a pool day pass and one hour of kayak or paddle board.
Black includes everything in Premium and adds a national open bar. It is for adults only.
Gold is the most complete plan. It includes the dock tax, an à-la-carte lunch with a drink, an unlimited open bar, Balinese beds on the private beach, the hotel pool and jacuzzi, and water sports. Gold is also for adults only.
On every plan, towels, spa treatments and outside food and drinks are not included. Hotel transfers to the dock are not part of the pass either, but we can arrange a private transfer if you ask on WhatsApp.

What to bring
Bring a swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, a towel, cash in Colombian pesos for the dock tax (Premium and Black), and a health certificate if your small dog is coming.
